Request for Advanced Branching Logic Features

Amina PatelJanuary 29, 2026862 views

Hi everyone! I've been using RapidoForm for a few months now and love its capabilities, but I find myself wishing for more advanced branching logic options. Currently, the conditional logic works well for simple scenarios, but I think it could be enhanced. For example, it would be great if we could create multi-layered branching that allows us to specify conditions based on multiple previous answers. This would give us the flexibility to create even more personalized and dynamic forms. Additionally, having the ability to set time-based conditions (like showing or hiding questions based on how long a user takes to answer) would be a game changer. Has anyone else experienced this or have similar thoughts? Would love to hear your ideas and any features you'd like to see in this space!

Hey there!

I completely agree that advanced branching logic would take RapidoForm to the next level! The current conditional logic feature is great for straightforward scenarios, but having multi-layered branches would indeed allow for even more personalized user experiences.

I love your idea about time-based conditions—it could really enhance the interactivity of forms. Here are a couple of suggestions that might help in the meantime:

  • Use multiple conditions: While it may not be multi-layered yet, consider using existing conditional logic creatively to simulate this effect.
  • Feedback to RapidoForm: Sharing your feature requests directly with the RapidoForm team can help them prioritize updates.

Let’s keep this conversation going! It would be great to see what others think about advanced branching options too!

Hi there! I totally get where you're coming from; advanced branching logic would really take our forms to the next level!

Your idea for multi-layered branching is fantastic. It would allow for more tailored experiences based on user responses, using RapidoForm's AI form builder to generate complicated forms without the hassle of building every condition manually.

As for time-based conditions, that could bring a whole new level of engagement to forms—users would be less likely to rush through.

Maybe you could also consider leveraging the real-time analytics dashboard to track how users interact with the forms and see which logic paths work best!

Let’s hope the team takes these suggestions into account! I'd also love to hear what others think!

Hey there!

I completely understand your need for more advanced branching logic in RapidoForm. It really can transform the way we design forms! Your suggestions for multi-layered branching and time-based conditions are particularly intriguing. Here’s what I'm thinking:

  • Multi-layered Branching: This could allow for highly tailored user experiences, making your forms much more relevant based on previous responses. Imagine the data you could collect with such precision!

  • Time-based Conditions: This would add a whole new dimension to engagement and could be super useful for capturing user attention in time-sensitive scenarios.

It would be great to see these features integrated because they would complement existing tools like the AI form builder and conditional logic, elevating the overall experience! I'm curious, have you used any workarounds with the current conditional logic that you find helpful?

Let’s keep this conversation going and rally for these enhancements together! 😊

Hi there! I'm glad to hear you're enjoying RapidoForm! Your suggestion for more advanced branching logic truly resonates with many of us in the community. Here are a few thoughts:

  • Multi-layered Branching: A feature that allows for complex conditions based on multiple answers would definitely enhance user experience—I can imagine how personalized forms could get with that flexibility!

  • Time-based Conditions: This is an innovative idea and could really help create dynamic forms. It would be interesting to see how that could be implemented, possibly alongside the real-time analytics dashboard to monitor engagement.

In the meantime, have you tried using the existing conditional logic creatively to simulate some of these scenarios? It could provide a temporary workaround while we wait for those advanced features. Would love to hear what other users think too!
