Request for Advanced NPS Survey Customization Options
Hi everyone! I'm Aisha Patel, a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company where I regularly run NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys to gauge our customer satisfaction. I love using RapidoForm for its AI-powered capabilities, but I've been thinking about a few enhancements that could make it even more effective for NPS surveys.
Currently, I can create surveys and use various question types, but I feel like we could really benefit from having more advanced customization options specific to NPS. For instance, it would be great to allow for a custom message that can dynamically change based on the score the respondent selects. For example, if someone rates us a 9 or 10, showing a thank-you message that encourages them to refer friends would be awesome. Conversely, if they rate us low, a tailored follow-up question asking for specific feedback could help us identify areas for improvement.
Also, it would be fantastic to have seamless integration with our existing reporting tools to track how our NPS changes over time without needing to export data manually. Has anyone else felt the same need? What other customization features do you think would be helpful for NPS surveys on RapidoForm? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
