Minor performance degradation for 7% of API traffic.

Between 09:15 and 09:42 UTC our automated monitors detected an increase in response times for the public API cluster serving the EU region.

Webhook deliveries were delayed for customers in North America due to back pressure on a downstream email provider. No submissions were lost and deliveries were replayed automatically.
