How can I downgrade my plan without losing my data?

Hi everyone, I'm currently on the Pro plan for RapidoForm, but I'm considering downgrading to the Basic plan since I don't use all the features as frequently as I thought I would. However, I'm concerned about losing any valuable data or forms that I've created while on the Pro plan. Can anyone clarify if the downgrade process affects my existing forms and analytics? Additionally, how does the plan change impact the integrations I've set up, especially with Stripe for payment collection? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there!

Great question! I totally understand your concern about downgrading your plan while preserving your valuable data.

  • Data and Forms: When you downgrade from Pro to Basic, your existing forms and data remain intact, so you won’t lose any of the work you've created. The downgrade simply restricts some features you might not frequently use, but your forms will still be accessible.

  • Integrations: As for integrations, features like connecting to tools and the Stripe payment collection will respond to the capabilities of the Basic plan. While most basic integrations should remain functional, some advanced features might be limited, so it’s a good idea to review the Basic plan to ensure it meets your needs.

  • Analytics: You’ll still have access to your historical data via the analytics dashboard, but keep in mind that certain analytics features may be limited compared to the Pro plan.

If I were you, I’d carefully look at the key differences on the RapidoForm pricing page before making the switch. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! 😊

Hi there! Great question! It's definitely important to clarify what happens during a downgrade.

When you downgrade from the Pro plan to the Basic plan on RapidoForm, your existing forms and data should remain intact. However, keep these points in mind:

  • Feature Limitations: You’ll lose access to some of the advanced features on the Pro plan, like conditional logic and some integrations, so make sure you’re not relying on any of those for your current forms.
  • Integrations: Specifically for Stripe, you might lose access to payment collection features if the Basic plan doesn’t support that integration.
  • Analytics: Your real-time analytics dashboard will still show data from your existing forms, so you won’t lose that valuable insight!

It might be a good idea to check RapidoForm’s support or documentation for any specifics on integration limitations. Hope that helps, and good luck with your decision!
