Request for Support for Multi-Language Forms

Amina PatelSeptember 12, 2025412 views

Hi everyone! I’ve been using RapidoForm for a while now and I really love its intuitive features. One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that my audience is quite diverse and often speaks multiple languages. I’d love to see a feature that allows us to create forms in multiple languages or provide language toggle options for respondents. This could enhance user experience significantly, especially for international surveys or registrations. It would be great if we could have an easy way to switch languages while filling out the form, or even better, let the AI assist in language translation based on user’s preferences. Has anyone else experienced a similar need? What do you all think?

Hey there!

I totally understand where you're coming from, and you're absolutely right—having multi-language support in forms could make a huge difference, especially for a diverse audience. While RapidoForm doesn't currently offer a built-in multi-language feature or language toggle option, here are a few workarounds you might consider:

  • Separate Forms: You could create multiple versions of the same form in different languages and link them together, perhaps with a dropdown at the start to help users choose their language.

  • AI Form Builder: If you have the text for your forms ready in various languages, you can use the AI form builder to quickly set up each one. Just provide descriptions in the desired language!

  • Conditional Logic: Use conditional logic to show or hide sections based on user responses. If you ask for a language preference at the start, you can direct users to the appropriate language version of your form.

Hopefully, these tips can help you get started! I love the idea you mentioned about AI assisting with translations—definitely a feature I'd support in future updates!

Cheers!

Hey there!

I completely understand your need for multi-language support—it's crucial for reaching a diverse audience! While RapidoForm doesn't currently provide built-in multi-language options, here are a couple of workarounds that might help:

  • Duplicate Forms: You could create separate forms for each language and link them. This way, users can choose which one to fill out based on their preference.

  • Custom Themes: Use the customization features to visually guide users on selecting their language, perhaps including flags or language options at the top.

Additionally, your idea of having the AI assist with translations is fantastic! It could truly enhance user experience and accessibility, especially for global interactions. I encourage you to continue advocating for this feature—it's a valuable suggestion!

Hope this helps!
