Steps

  1. Open Design → Theme and create or edit the intended theme.
  2. Review the Question, Answers, Buttons, Button Text, Support Line, and Background color controls.
Give the theme a recognizable name and review each text and control color.
  3. Check contrast and visible focus or selected states. Avoid using color as the only way to explain an answer.
  4. Save and apply the theme, then preview desktop and mobile screens, including error messages.
After saving, select the intended theme and inspect its application in preview.

Check before you rely on it

A background photo can change contrast across the screen. Check the text over both its lightest and darkest areas.

If you need help

If a color change is missing, confirm which theme is applied and reopen it to check the saved value.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
