Steps
- Review any offer shown in the current plan comparison or supplied by an official RapidoForm channel.

- Confirm the final checkout total reflects the intended offer before paying. Contact support if it does not.
Check before you rely on it
An old blog or help screenshot is not proof that a discount is still available.
If you need help
Do not assume two promotions combine or that a discount repeats at renewal.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
