Steps

  1. Open the intended form and inspect the publication control in the top bar. Use Preview to inspect the current respondent experience.
The current builder, using a synthetic development form.
Use the Draft filter to locate unpublished work and confirm the intended form before editing.
  2. For a live form, make substantial experiments in a duplicate first. Check questions, logic, integrations, and all endings.
Choose Mobile below the preview to inspect a narrow layout. Also test the complete form on an actual phone.
  3. Confirm that your intended changes saved and review the current publish action or Published state before distributing the respondent link.

Check before you rely on it

Do not assume a draft mode isolates every edit from an already-published form. Verify the actual live-update behavior before editing an active campaign.

If you need help

Keep a record of the prior form configuration and do not remove questions with existing responses casually.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
