Reset a forgotten password
Use the recovery action on the sign-in page for the email address associated with your account.
Steps
- Open the RapidoForm sign-in page and select the password-recovery option shown there.
- Enter your own account address and follow the recovery message. Check spam folders and use the newest valid recovery link.
- Create the replacement password yourself, then sign in again and complete any requested two-factor step.
Check before you rely on it
A Google or Microsoft sign-in can require recovery through that provider instead of a RapidoForm password reset.
If you need help
If recovery does not arrive, confirm the account’s original sign-in method and contact support. Never forward recovery links, passwords, or authentication codes.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
