Manage sign-in for a social account
An account created through Google or Microsoft may use that provider rather than a separate RapidoForm password.
Steps
- Use the same social sign-in method and account you originally used to access RapidoForm.
- If you need an additional password method, inspect the supported account-recovery flow and ask support to confirm whether it is supported for your account.
- Complete any credential setup yourself through the trusted flow. Verify the intended sign-in method before relying on it.
Check before you rely on it
The Profile password-change card asks for an existing password. Do not invent an old password or create a second account to work around that requirement.
