Use the builder on a small screen
On a narrow screen, work with one question and one panel at a time, then check the respondent preview.

Steps
- Open the form in a current mobile browser and select the question through Questions.
- Switch to Options to inspect the selected question’s controls. Make a small change and confirm it saves before continuing.
- Use the available preview-device controls to inspect the form and test it on the actual phone your audience uses.
Check that a narrow respondent view presents every choice and the intended multiple-answer controls. Choose Mobile below the preview to inspect a narrow layout. Also test the complete form on an actual phone. - For complex branching or a large matrix, review the complete flow on a larger screen as well.
Check before you rely on it
Builder layout and respondent layout are separate. A readable mobile preview does not prove every editing control fits your device.
If you need help
If a control is off-screen or obstructed, record the device and browser and contact support without repeatedly applying changes.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
