Steps

  1. Add NPS in Design and write who or what the respondent is evaluating.
  2. Open Question options and review Mark Optional. Avoid combining unrelated products or services in one recommendation question.
Current nps options from a synthetic development form. Review the controls offered for your selected question.
  3. Inspect the actual endpoints in preview. The development build reviewed on 10 October 2026 shows 1–10 and does not offer 0. Test the lowest offered value, a middle value, 10, and continuing without an answer.
This development preview offers 1–10, with no zero. Resolve the discrepancy before using it for standard 0–10 NPS reporting.
  4. Check the recorded values in Results using synthetic responses before relying on an aggregate score.

Check before you rely on it

Confirm the scale before launch. The standard NPS method uses 0–10. The currently reviewed 1–10 control differs from that method. Ask support to confirm or correct the available scale before collecting standard NPS data; do not label a 1–10 result as a standard NPS score.

If you need help

If 0 is missing, report the current scale and browser to support. Check required-answer validation and stored values separately; the screenshot does not establish either.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
