Check Razorpay or Paytm availability
Razorpay and Paytm controls are conditional in checkout. Use them only when your current Payment Options offers them.

Steps
- Choose the plan, billing cycle, and currency in View Plans, then review the Payment step.

If absent, choose an available method or contact support.
- After completing payment, check both the provider result and RapidoForm’s confirmation and active plan.
Check before you rely on it
Do not assume either method is enabled in every country or for recurring subscriptions.
If you need help
A popup being closed is not proof that a charge failed. Check its status before retrying.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
