Configure a Payment question
The current Payment panel selects a connected Payment account, currency, and amount. Configure the connection before collecting money.

Steps
- Add Payment and open Question options. Use Add new account or Connect → Payment Accounts to inspect supported account setup.
An offered provider is not an authenticated payment account. Use supported sandbox testing before collecting money. - Choose the intended Payment account. Review the Payment currency and Payment amount; a missing connection shows No account.
Current payment options from a synthetic development form. Review the controls offered for your selected question. - Verify provider availability and use its supported sandbox mode to test a payment before collecting live funds.
This deliberately unconnected example shows why payment-account setup must be verified before sharing a payment form. - Compare the provider transaction with the form response and the amount shown to the respondent.
Check before you rely on it
A Payment question is separate from paying for your RapidoForm subscription. Never put provider secrets into the question text.
If you need help
The full Stripe connection, charging, and failure flow needs provider-specific verification. Do not assume an old integration screenshot proves readiness.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
