Check theme availability
Use the current Theme panel and your workspace’s availability messages to determine which themes you can apply.

Steps
- Open Design → Theme and inspect Gallery and My Themes.
Open Theme in Design, then choose a saved theme or create one with the add control. - Review any plan or availability message for the theme you want. Compare your current plan through Plan & usage and View Plans if needed.

After saving, select the intended theme and inspect its application in preview.
Check before you rely on it
An older article’s “premium” label is not a reliable list of today’s paid themes.
If you need help
If a theme cannot be applied, record its name and the exact message for support instead of assuming every paid plan includes it.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
