Steps

  1. Use a current browser and a stable connection. Check whether the form is closed, restricted, or already completed.
  2. For an answer error, review the required format and correct the highlighted field. For recording or upload, check device support and any permission message.
Use clear recovery instructions and test the corresponding invalid-answer states.
  3. If an embed fails, ask the creator for a direct respondent link. Avoid clearing browser data if you need to preserve a supported resume session.
Use the current respondent URL rather than a builder URL.
  4. Contact the creator with the question, device, browser, and time. Use the technical-support link where offered for a platform issue.

Check before you rely on it

Do not submit multiple times simply because the final page loads slowly. Check the confirmation and ask the creator when uncertain.

If you need help

Never send private answers, payment details, or authentication codes in an unredacted troubleshooting screenshot.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
