Select a screenshot to enlarge it.
Steps
- Create the source answer, variable, or hidden field before referring to it.
The current builder, using a synthetic development form. - In the later question’s text or description, type @ to open Recall information from, then select the intended suggestion.
Choose a supported field from the recall picker rather than inventing a placeholder. - Keep enough ordinary text around the recalled value for the question to make sense. Confirm the saved reference rather than typing a guessed identifier.
The editor token names a variable. Preview and submit synthetic paths to verify its resolved value. - Preview a populated value, a skipped or missing value, and any relevant branch.
Check before you rely on it
An earlier answer may be missing when logic skips its question. Do not assume recalled text will always exist.
If you need help
If the picker has no match, check the source and question order. Redirect URL substitution requires separate verification.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
