Test the exact features you use on the current browsers and devices your audience will use.

Steps
- Start with an up-to-date browser and open the direct respondent link.
- Check desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard interaction, validation, and final submission.
Choose Mobile below the preview to inspect a narrow layout. Also test the complete form on an actual phone. - For camera, microphone, screen recording, uploads, payments, or scheduling, test that capability separately, including denied permissions and embedded use.
This is the recording entry screen. Recording, permission denial, playback, and saved attachments require separate tests. - If a problem occurs, record the browser version and device and contact support for the supported alternative.

This guide does not promise every feature works in every browser or give an unverified minimum-version matrix.
If you need help
A browser that displays ordinary text questions may still restrict recording, popups, or third-party embeds.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
