Steps

  1. Use the workspace switcher where available to identify the active workspace and your role.
Confirm the workspace and your recorded role before editing forms or viewing results.
  2. Open Forms for that workspace to find its forms, or Account settings for account and privileged workspace controls.
Review the workspace, role, and limits before inviting a teammate. No invitation was sent for this example.
  3. In Workspace & billing, inspect the Organization section for member and invitation information when your role allows it.

Check before you rely on it

A workspace, a form, an account identity, and a subscription are related but different things. Confirm the selected workspace before editing.

If you need help

Do not assume membership in one workspace grants access to another workspace owned by the same person.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
