Find image and media controls
Choose the media control according to whether the image is a question reference, an answer choice, a logo, or a background.

Steps
- For question reference media, select the question and open Question options → Media → + Add.
Question media illustrates the question. Image answer choices are configured separately. - For visual answer choices, add an Image question and edit its image choices.
Question media is separate from theme backgrounds and visual answer choices. - For a background or logo, open Design → Theme and use the theme editor’s Background Img or Brand Logo controls.
Background media and question media use separate entry points. Select only assets you have permission to use. - Save the intended change and preview its placement on desktop and mobile.
Check before you rely on it
Changing question media does not change the form’s background. Check the selected question before uploading.

If the control is missing, confirm you are in Design and have selected the intended question or theme.
