From an idea to your next decision.

Build and refine forms

Ask your assistant to create a draft, add questions, improve wording, update settings, translations and logic, or publish when you are ready.

Understand your responses

Read completed submissions, compare feedback and explore completion statistics. Keep response counts and date ranges with your conclusions.

Keep contacts organized

Find contacts and lists, add a contact, create lists, and map form answers to contact properties. Existing automation rules still apply.

Plan your next workflow

Create and edit automation drafts with email, Slack, webhook and delay steps. Activate or pause a reviewed automation with explicit permission.

Try it in your assistant

Describe the outcome.
Review the draft.

“Create a customer feedback form with an overall rating, what worked well, and one improvement. Keep it as a draft.”

You choose the access.

Review separate permissions for forms, publishing, submissions, contacts and automations. Your workspace role and plan limits apply to every call. Manage or revoke connections in Settings → AI connections.

Edits to live forms stay in a separate draft until publication. Publishing forms and activating automations need separate permissions and explicit confirmation. Review assistant drafts from Settings → AI connections before publication. Contact changes can trigger existing active automations.

Requested response and contact data is shared with the connected assistant. Choose an assistant that meets your team’s data requirements and review its analysis.

A few things to know.

How is MCP different from RapidoForm’s AI builder?

The built-in builder helps you work inside RapidoForm. MCP lets a compatible external assistant use your authorized RapidoForm tools, including forms, submissions, contacts, themes and automations.

Which plans can connect?

MCP uses your existing plan’s API allowance and feature limits. Owner and Admin accounts can authorize writes; Member and read-only accounts can read within the permissions granted. Your AI assistant may have its own plan requirements.

Can my assistant change a live form or delete responses?

Edits to a live form are saved as a separate draft. Publish only after reviewing it. Deleting a form also deletes its responses and requires explicit confirmation; deleting individual responses is not available through MCP.

Can I disconnect later?

Yes. Open Settings → AI connections and disconnect the assistant to revoke its access immediately. You can also remove the connection from your assistant.
