Steps

  1. Calculate and verify the score before adding outcome navigation.
  2. Open Branching & Calculations at the point where the final route should be chosen.
  3. Select the score variable as the condition field and choose the comparison and threshold shown in the editor.
A Number variable stores a starting value. Saved calculation rules determine how answers change it.
  4. Choose the appropriate navigation destination, complete every action, and select Save logic.
The current action selects an ending; this selector does not provide a direct destination-URL field.
  5. Test below the threshold, exactly at it, and above it. Confirm there is a valid route for every possible score.

Check before you rely on it

For a threshold of 5, deliberately test scores 4, 5, and 6. A gap or overlapping rule can send respondents to the wrong place.

If you need help

Do not create a rule that sends a respondent back to the same question or produces a loop without a clear exit.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
