Check quiz scores in Results
Verify scoring with synthetic submissions and inspect the respondent record rather than relying only on the preview display.

Steps
- Finish the scoring rules and record the expected total for a short test answer set.
- Use the intended test respondent flow and complete the form with synthetic data. Keep its submission time so you can locate the record.
- Open the form’s Results tab and locate the corresponding response. Check its completion status and answers.
Set the intended date and device filters. These empty-demo metrics are not a performance benchmark. - Open the available score or variable detail for that response and compare it with your expected total.
- If using an export, check the exported headers and values before treating it as a score report.
Review the offered export and its scope. Verify the resulting file or destination separately.
Check before you rely on it
A partial response and a completed response may not have reached the same calculation steps. Compare equivalent paths.
If you need help
If the expected variable is not visible in the current Results view, ask support for the supported retrieval method. Do not recreate real submissions to diagnose the issue.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
